Q: What happened to the extra phone numbers in the "reachable at" under settings in iMessage? My numbers (except one) deleted yesterday and not an option to select now (only emails)

I have always used apple products for their excellent parental controls. Until yesterday, I was able to receive iMessages from my kids phones (with their knowledge)to my phone. Now the only option is email addresses.

Check the settings on their phones. They could have turned that feature off. Settings>Messages>Send & Receive.

For what it's worth, that's not really a parental control feature, just a side effect of using the same Apple ID. There's no way that I can see, even in Settings>General>Restrictions to prevent someone from changing those settings.
