Q: iphone 6 ios 9.2, won't send or receive mms

Hello.

I have iphone 6 ios 9.2.

I can't send or receive mms msgs. It started about 2 months ago, before that everything worked fine.

I did call my carrier and they said everything works as it should. I erased all settings etc.. didn't help

*I can send and receive imassage pictures.

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

if the link doesn't help, contact your phone carrier again, MMS is a carrier feature.

Then contact your phone carrier this isn't an Apple or iphone issue, but an issue with your phone carrier as MMS is a carrier feature.
