Q: Apple Watch charging

Hello all

I have a number of questions about charging the watch, I hope you can help so here goes:

1. Can I charge the Watch using my Macbook?

2. I have a USB port in my car, can i charge the watch from that?

3. I like this charging station by Belkin:

Will this effect the battery life/quality in a negative way?

3a. assuming it draws power from a USB based device, would it be suitable for in-car use? i.e. will it damage the battery life of either the watch or phone?
