asphalt 8 update can't play anymore

The latest version of asphalt 8 was downloaded on my apple tv.

Since then, I can't play anymore! The apple tv is fine but the game in particular doesn't allow me to do anything with either the remote of the apple tv or the nimbus steelseries controller. I can access the game but once in it nothing happens. I can only get out of the game by pressing the menu button for 5 seconds. All the other apps that I have are working fine. Does anyone has that problem with that game and can anyone give a solution to solve that problem??

I havent had a chance to test, but if there is an issue it would be up to the developer to fix

I had the same problem after upgrading today. Try deleting the app restarting the Apple TV and reloading the App. Mine works fine now.

I've been having the same problem and I deleted the app 3 times and when open it up to play everything is fine but once I close it after the first time/ round of playing I cant go back and do anything else anymore.

Try force quitting the program. Double tap the TV icon button then swipe up.

I have the same problem, force quitting, uninstalling, reinstalling, updating Apple TV firmware all did nothing, 99% of the time I cannot click "Play" to even get into the game.

I'm surprised such a catastrophic bug survived for the last 3 game updates.
Really disappointed because there aren't a lot of games I enjoy on AppleTV.

I've had asphalt 8 for three years I've gotten to the tenth stage but then the app just stops working after an update

And I can't play or progess
