    Hi hp2004,

     

    It sounds like you have a Windows PC and you are looking to enable Family Sharing for your account. According to the following article you need to have an iOS device or a Mac:

     

    Set up Family Sharing

    You can be a part of only one family at a time. Here's what you need to set up Family Sharing:

    • An Apple ID signed in to iCloud and iTunes
    • iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 8 and later, or Mac with OS X Yosemite and later
