I need to find a record of a Genius bar appointment in July

Does anyone know if it is possible to find a record of a previous Genius Bar appointment? It was in July or early August if that is significant. A record of what transpired (HD cable replacement) would be great, but even a copy of the email I was sent confirming the appointment with my problem noted would help.Thanks
