Sharing ENTIRE photos library between two users?

How do I share ENTIRE photos library between two users on different computers?

There seems to be a way of streaming a few photos publicly ... but I want to share all of the family photos between myself and my wife. Whoever takes the photos imports the photos (and tags them) into their machine ... so that they become available to the other.

Thanks.

The only way to do that without sharing the same iCloud ID (and thus the same emails, messages, etc,) and iCloud Photo Library is to setup Family Sharing and have a shared family album between the two of you. It would not be automatic in that each of you would have to add your photos to the album manually.

These two Apple documents describe family sharing:

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

Another way would be to setup a free Flickr account and both of you upload photos to it. Both could have access to it via a common account ID and password.
