Q: My email won't work

This is the 3rd country I have travelled to & my email stops working. It says the password is incorrect but it isn't. It's the same I haven't altered it. It just stops working. Please can someone help me as I can't get apple to reply on the support & im away for another 3 weeks & need access to my mail. Many thanks in advance. Carol

    Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.  

     

    I understand that you are unable to receive mail while abroad.  If the correct password for you email account has saved on the device for the incoming and outgoing servers in settings, I would suggest going through the steps in the article below.  You may have to reach out to your mail provider as this could be related to a verification protocol similar to two-step verification.
