Good day Shedon,

Ask to Buy can not be turned on for Family Sharing members age 18 or older. See this article for reference - Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy.

Why would Apple limit us in this way. I have a disabled 20 year old son who I don’t want to give purchasing power without permission. Seems like that should be my choice, not Apple’s….
