iCloud drive is not syncing on Mac running El Capitan. All my iOS devices and iCloud are fine
When I try to sign out and sign back in. System preferences freezes up. Once I was able to get signed out it only synced a few folders stopped and then finder freezes overtime I try to access something from iCloud drive.
