Q: Magic Mouse problem

My magic mouse is coupled with my Mac Mini but I can't get the 'gestures' to work. Each time I try it says that no bluetooth mouse can be discovered yet I am using it! Any answers or help appreciated!

Start at > If your Apple wireless mouse, keyboard, or trackpad aren't working as expected - Apple Support
and then go to the mouse gestures section to see if anything there helps.

What model mouse?
What OSX version?
What model Mac?

Also, does it work at all or is it the gestures do not work?
