Q: Photos won't let me 'Place Order' for a calendar/book
I have created a calendar in 'Photos' but whenever I go to purchase, the 'Place Order' option is inactive/unresponsive. I am keen to buy the calendar over the next day or so and was wondering if there was any solution or if this was an issue for others? There is no shipping address issue, I simply can't purchase the actual calendar for some reason.

Just had the same issue. Apparantly, you'll have to select a shipping address before you can continue. But the catch is, that you can only choose one from your list of contacts (in the contacts app). Since I don't use that app to manage my contacts, I only had the default 'Apple' contact in the list.
So, to solve this, you should open the contacts application, add yourself with a valid home address. Then go back to Photos and click 'Add shipping address' when trying to order. Your address should be in there and selecting it makes the order button become available.
