HomeSharing not showing all photo albums

As mentioned above, my photo albums post 2011 are not showing up in Home Sharing. When I go to File>Home Sharing>Choose Photos to Share on Apple TV, the albums in PHOTOS beyond 2011 do not show up. However, they are in my Photos application. How can I fix this? I want to share photos on AppleTV, but since the problem begins in iTunes, I am posting it here. I am on OS X El Capitan
