Q: iCloud is missing Family Share option

I can't paste the screen shot of my iCloud screen because each time I try it just pastes the file name not the image itself (any advice about that would also be appreciated!) but when I open up my iCloud the only options on the left hand side are Account Details and Sign Out. There are no options to Set up Family Sharing or even Manage Family?

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

WWhat version of OS X are you using? Also to add an image click the camara icon in the toolbar.

Press Shift Command 3 to get a screen shot of your entire screen.

Or press Shift Command 4 to get a screen shot of a portion of your screen that you choose using the crosshairs.
