Why has Apple abandoned me?

I can think of no good reason, as to why Apple will not offer Bootcamp 6 for owners of the mid-2011 Mac Mini (A1347). This model is well within the specs of Windows 10. In fact MS Windows 10 compatibility checker passed with flying colors (except the Bluetooth driver) and that was with the current Bootcamp 5 drivers.

You may want to consider using Microsoft generic drivers instead of Apple BC drivers for supported models. Many have taken the BC6 drivers and manually installed them on unsupported models and have had success to a high degree. Your Apple-specific features may not work properly, but the generic drivers will provide most of the functionality. If direct hardware access is not a prerequisite, a Virtual Machine model should also be considered as an option.

There is a business model that thrives on planned technical obsolescence and expecting the customer to buy new products for continued revenue growth to appease Wall Street.
