Can't connect to iTunes Store or update apps

i cannot connect to the iTunes Store and also we are on family sharing and I'm the organizer. Another family member cannot update apps because it keeps saying there was a problem with a family members previous purchase ask organizer to update payment info. Ive updated payment info and their phone still will not let them update and continues to give the same message. Please help!!!

It sounds like you are having an issue with connecting to the iTunes Store. I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store.
