If you got a new iPhone - then you will need a computer - Mac or PC with iTunes installed to set it up for the first time
The new phone out of the box has the Hello screen and it walks one through to the activation point where a connection (WiFi or Cellular) is required -
Can you please describe the steps you have taken and at what point do you find yourself running into issues? Also please tell us of error messages if any are being displayed

Dec 19, 2015 10:47 PM in response to ManSinhaby meg0505,basically whats going on is apple hooked my phone up and everything is on it like iCloud and contacts but i can't call or text anyone cause I'm not activated by sprint because at the time that the girl from the apple store was installing everything i didn't know the numbers to my sprint account so now that i have them i don't know how to insert them so my phone isn't activated and when i hooked my phone into my macbook nothing happened and my phone hasnt asked me for the account number.
