Apple Pay Billing Address Bug

Anyone else having issues with removing an old (previous) billing address from cards added to Apple Pay? Tried the following:

1. Remove the card and add again to Apple Pay

2. Check Apple ID for correct billing address

3. Go into Settings > Walley & Apple Pay > (Select the card) > Billing Address > Edit > Remove old address

4. Remove ALL address using the above and add a new one

5. Check linked contacts (to myself) to remove old address

Shipping Address can be updated correctly, but billing address cannot.

Furthermore, when i select the correct (updated) billing address from the list, back out, then go back into the billing address, it reverts back to the previous (incorrect) address. WTH!

Anyone know where Apple Pay might be pulling an old address from?
