How can I change/edit the 'reachable at' phone number listed on my apple id account information?

Sorry, but this no longer works. There does not seem to be a way to change or delete the information in the "Reachable At" section of the Apple ID account management page. You currently have the option to Add new email or phone numbers, but not to delete or change the ones already there.

It appears that there has never been a good response from Apple on this topic. I just spent over an hour on the phone with Apple support about this. My advisor couldn't figure it out, her senior advisor was unable to help, and their engineering team could take as long as 2 days just to reply. All for what should be as simple as unchecking a box or switching a different phone number to default or primary. Insanity!

This is just terrible service from Apple. It's been 3 years since this posting and no one from Apple has tried to help resolve this issue yet from what I've read...

How do you remove old information from the "Reachable At" section in the account information??????? It is not letting me remove anything, I am only given the option to Add something.

Did you change it already?

Just keep working on it Please. There needs to be a complete fix at some

Hi

Go to itunes main page bottom of page apple ID

Click on that go to your account to make any changes .

Sign out of iMessage on the device that has that phone number, with another apple id.

I need to remove email info for "Reachable at" that i am no longer reachable at. I go to the site and access the reachable at section and all i can do is add new info NOT REMOVE OLD INFO. Please help.
