So I was just going through safari looking at some gaming stuff and I got a notification "Your iPod touch has been infected with a Virus. Do not Exit tab" I have my email and want to know if I can use it still and if it was fake IPod 5th gen

Its an iPod Touch not a Mac.
John Galt has written directions for Force Quitting and removing adware from iOS.
It never told me to call a number or anything...it just said "Your iPod touch has been infected with a virus...Do not Close out this tab" and also...I'm wondering that should I use my email for money reasons after this?...
If you did not do anything but close Safari/the tab then there is no concern with using your email for anything.
