Q: apple music app for android doesn't show my music section and it does't add any new music to my library

apple music works properly between my macbook pro, iPad air 2 and galaxy note 5. but  in my second android phone it won't show my iCloud music library and whenever i try to add new music this massage will appear: "something went wrong, try again later". my second android phone doesn't show up in authorized devices section in my apple id account information in iTunes. anybody can he;p please?
