Q: Accidentally synced photos from macbook to iPhone and now I can't delete them. How can I do this?

Did you sync the photos using iTunes Photo Sync?

If the photos have been synced to the device by iTunes, they are not in the camera roll and cannot be deleted on the iPhone. You can only delete them again by syncing again with iTunes and this time deselecting all albums from the sync.
