Q: help please ! activation problem

Hello,

My iPhone 5S got some rain but it's all still working except for the service of the telephone, up on the right shows "Searching..." of course when i saw this i checked the indicator was a little pink so i put in a bag of rise for two days but still "Searching..." I tried "Reset all Content and setting" now I can't activate the Sim Card .. I tried activating it via iTunes

it says : " your iPhone couldn't be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable

could you please tell what should I do ? at least to reach out to settings
