What's this mean?
There's three apps on my Iphone 6 without logo⚠ and one of them want to put its notifications on?!!!!!!! (As showing in the photos below).
Could anyone explain to me what's it and why? and how I can delete it from my Iphone if it's garbage😠.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried? It seems you are going to need to try and restore your device. I would try to restore from a backup first, and if that does not correct your issue, then you would need to restore to factory, then sync your content back manually, not using the backup. Bring the apps back to the device using iTunes library, rather than your backup.
As to why, it just seems you have some corrupt data that is causing this, generally from a failed download.
