Requirements for black ops 3

If you have a 13-inch MBP then you have integrated graphics hardware; that sounds unsupported from the above.

Thanks. As it appears yours is non-retina, you can add RAM. Best to keep the modules matched for performance, so add two 4GB sticks for 8GB.

However, I believe that the game requires discrete graphics, not the integrated gfx you have. Although it is a different format, the App Store listing listing for Black Ops has this to say:

Note the specific mention of your model (and mine) being unsupported. If the Win BO-3 is newer than the Mac version on the App Store, I believe you will need a more powerful computer.

I would say that the best place to find out would be the game sites themselfs. They usually give the minim system and hardware requirements. By minim that would mean more is better. Increasing memory never hurts.
