Is any one else having problems getting your iPhone 6s to consistently auto lock? If so what is the fix?

Check your auto lock settings. Settings> general>auto lock. -AJ
I have been trying that for 2 days changing the amount of time before it auto locks. It hasn't worked. I just now reset settings. Hopefully this will work.
Do you have your iPhone setup to connect to email at your work place?
If yes, the Exchange administrator could be forcing the setting as a security
measure. Delete the work email account to see if the problem goes away.
