Q: new ipods for the kids and we can't set them up! Help xmas is coming!!

We no longer have our own apple device, but we have bought ipods for the kids, however we can't seem to get them set up on our family account! What are we doing wrong and how can we sort it in time for xmas??!

One device has to be the organizer's device.
The device can be an iOS device with iOS device with iOS 8 or higher or a Mac computer with Yosemite or later.
I sounds like you do not have a device for the organizer.
