I have my Apple Watch connected to my Apple ID, but I don't want to receive messages at all on my Apple Watch, the same way I can choose to have iMessage on or off on my iPad, Macbook, etc.. How can I make this happen?

You don't have to read them if you don't want to. Delete them every once in a while.

Thank you. Unfortunately, doing that only stops a notification from coming in, but the actual message is still coming through when you go into the tab.
There is no way to turn off iMessages on the Watch.
😟 That's upsetting. That's the only feature that upsets me with the Apple Watch I guess
