When I'm using the itunes store on itunes on my computer itunes crashes

Every time I'm in the itunes store, after a minuter or so, my itunes gives me an error message saying an unknown error occurred and itunes needs to close and then it closes. It happened once about a month or so ago but it has been happening every time now and only after a minute in the store, ever since I updated to 12.3.2. I have talked to a few other people and they are having the same problem. It doesn't crash if I'm just in my library listening to music.

Has anyone else had this problem?
