Hello, I have a PC with Windows 7, I update itunes to version 13.3.2.35 and now the screen is blinking, with the anterior version 12.3.1.23 itunes worked ok, whats is happening? anybody have the same problem? what´s the solution ? thank you very much

Hi! Had the same problem. After installation of iTunes 12.3.2 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) from this link Download iTunes 12.3.2 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) seems working OK.

Thank you very much, problem blinking solved, do only that : I download again the version 13.3.2.35 and install over the same version I had in my pc windows 7 64 bit, and then problem solved !! very simple !! (seems apple solved the problem and version 13.3.2.35 has been modified) so download again and install again, no more blink
