SLOW APPLE SPEEDS

Not sure if a thread was already made about this, but recently last couple months the apple speeds are terrbily slow even though i have cable fast internet. Apps take forever and never finish downloading from app store on my iPhone 6s, iTunes downloads no my computer at 10kb/s its so mega slow I can't even sync new music into my phone anymore, its become so riduclous. Even my mate has the same problem and he ahs mega fast internet too. Whats going on? How do I fix this, I'm sure changing DNS or contacting ISPs don't help at all but if anyone has any solutions please let me know asap.

Hi sokmanbrah,

The resource below may provide some troubleshooting steps for your poor connection with the iTunes Store. Are you having issues with any other website? If you are using a Wi-Fi network, try downloading via cellular data on your iPhone, or using an ethernet cable on your computer. What happens if you try a different wireless network? Hopefully, one of these steps will help.
