Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you you have 32GB of stuff on the iPhone, but it says you are almost out of space on a 64GB iPhone. I would recommend you read these articles, they may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
Check your storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Tap Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage.
Your iOS device automatically deletes cached files when it needs more space. You don't need to delete them yourself.
Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
