Error message while trying to download IOS 9.2

What is the exact complete wording of the error message?

Hello,

Try downloading while connected to a strong Wifi connection. Please make sure you have enough battery life and storage space on your phone to download. You can have your phone plugged to a power source via outlet or computer/ laptop while diwnloading. If that does not work try soft resetting your phone by holding down the power button and home button at the same time.

I did a soft reset as suggested, but still having the same error message: "an error occurred downloading iOS 9.2" 😕
