Q: Cannot add card to wallet, says already in wallet, it is not. (iphone 6s)

Good morning-

I upgraded to a new iphone, and I deleted my account on my old phone. Now, I am trying to add my AMEX card to my account, and it says that the card is already in the wallet. However, it does not appear in the wallet at all.

How do I add this?

Force restart your iPhone ... Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Then try adding the card again.
