iAd producer to App?

I created an iAd for iPad using the program iAd Producer. I would like to convert the iAd into an App for iPad that I can sell on from the App store.

Is this possible, and could someone please give me guidance how to turn the iAd into an App? Can an iAd be imported into XCode? (if so, how?)
