Software and Audio Greyed Out, Plugins Missing!!!

I came to my studio this morning and I open up a session and a new track and I am not able to select Software Instrument, Audio, Drummer or Guitar or Bass. The only one I can select is External MIDI, This also doesn't let me select any plugin. What happened here?

This also brought up a orange circle to select plugins or Compressor, it has an exclamation mark with an orange circle which means none of the plugins are available. I checked my plugin folder and the What could have gone wrong?

Please help.
