Can photos shared from someone else to my icloud be stored in my photo library

Yes you can save photos from a shared album. Tap and you should see an option to Save Image. Take a look at the links below for more details if you need them.

That would be one way to do it. But i know that would take a long time for a big album. Now you should see this image below when starting to save an image.

You can swipe left and right along the photos to see and tap what photos you want to save.

Hey dexbet,
In order to see the photos from another shared album, they would have to be saved to your library from the previous steps that I mentioned. Another option would have you talk to the person that shared the library and have them enable a public website. Then you can see those images through a browser but they won't have any connection to your library on iCloud.com. More of those details on making the album a public website are outlined below.
