El Captian battery Drain

Hi, After Purchasing my macbook it Came with Yosemite but after installing El Capitan my battery has drained so much faster and i never get more then 3-4Hrs of usage before i have to charge it again.... recently just hit 100% and it says i have Remaining 4:13 mins left of usage...

is anyone else having trouble with there battery life draining or even not getting 6-8hrs of usage on each charge?

if you have any tips on how to help with this issue i would appreciate it thank you!
