It's a scam. If you're using Safari, clickhereand follow the instructions in the first paragraph of the last section; the ones for different applications vary, and may require deleting and redownloading them.

Btw, you're neither hacked nor got a virus. It's just a message to scare you into calling them and giving them your money (and possibly your identifications too) to fix nothing.
