Q: I can't send an sms to one specific contact..? Help?!

I Have been messaging my boyfriend and just recently my messages have stopped going through to his phone. I can send screen shots to him and those go through But regular texting.. No luck at all. Can anyone please help me? I have tried resetting network settings, took my SIM card out as well and put it back in. No luck .
