I got ppt004, I went to an apple store they couldn't find any issue but the error code is still there, is it normal ?

I ran a diagnostics on my late 2013 retina macbook pro and I got ppt004 battery error code, so I bring it to a premium reseller store because I live in Hungary (just online apple store), I have apple care on my macbook for sure. So I got back my notebook after a week they said they couldn't find any issue, but when I checked it the error code is still there. Ok I accept that there is no issue, but I think it is not normal that the error code is still there and this is not my job to find solutions to remove it.

What should I do ?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)

Hi k1l1m6n,

I understand that you've found that your MacBook Pro appears to have an issue with its battery via Apple Diagnostics. Use the information and links below to proceed to set up service for the device.

PPT004 The battery requires service. The battery is not functioning normally, though you may not notice a change in its behavior or the amount of charge it holds. You can continue to use your battery before it’s checked without harming your computer.

Contact Apple or take your computer to an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Retail Store to determine which service and support options are available.
