Im having the same issue.. it works until i have to turn on my mac again... Any way to make this change permanent???

Same here - started post El Capitan upgrade - fix works until restart - very annoying.... Have you had any suggestions re making ir permanent?

I have the same problem, PLEASE Apple, fix it.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
