Q: Why does iPad Crash?
Every iPad I have ever owned has had a problem with frequent crashing. Going all the way back to first generation. I just got home from the Apple Store where I was looking at pro. My iPad Retina has been crashing constantly. Using google Chrome or Safari, it doesn't matter. On Facebook or any number of other sites, same problem. The screen will start scrolling slow, will freeze, get jerky and than bam.... Gone. When I reopen, there will be a box at the bottom of the page asking if I want to restore. I have double clicked on the button at the bottom, closed all open apps.... I have rebooted the iPad completely, turning it off then restarting at the apple logo. Nothing helps. Before I plunk down a grand on another iPad, I want to know why, after so many years and over 9 updates to the OS and many generations of iPads, does this happen? What Causes it? What assurances are there that it won't continue to be a problem?
iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 8.4.1
