Wake Up Customer Service

I have windows 7 home prem and everytime I try and get up dates to me Itunes I get these pop-ups :

User uploaded file User uploaded file

User uploaded file now I deleted apple from comp and when I try to reinstall this is what I get so I went back to my control panel and behold I see what I just deleted back in programs. I am not a computer whiz at my age but I do know that there is a screw up somewhere in this program that I and many others would like to have fixed.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with using and installing iTunes. Let's see if we can get that sorted out and working fro you.
The first thing I would look at is to make sure that you have uninstalled all of Apple's related software. When going through an uninstalling and reinstalling, you would need to uninstall the apps in a specific order. Look over the articles below to go over troubleshooting options and walkthrough of uninstalling and reinstalling.
