I already contacted them and they told me that they can't help me for security reasons. Their suggestion is to call the closest country and fix problem with them, but if I call them, I will pay more money on the bill than I have on my account Is it really possible that there is no way I can contact support using mail....? (Well support who can help me)
I can explain better my problem and give better information by typing then on the phone.... :/
