Q: The Airplay function does not show on the title bar.

I have a MacBook Pro 15" Retina (mid 2015) with El Capitan version 10.11.2 installed. As you see I have put the preferences correct, but it is not possible to change to any other then "Av" (Off)

Any idea what to do?
