Q: No Explicit Content in India?

I was really happy with my experience with Apple music until I noticed that all the explicit songs are either awfully censored or greyed out!

I've checked the "Enable explicit content" in the settings but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Upon further investigation I've found that Apple have censored all the explicit content in India even though there's no such law against it!

All I'm looking for is an official statement from Apple before terminating my music subscription.
