Battery Draining Fast

My Battery Is draining fast. it went down 13 % in just 1 hour and im just using it with facebook no apps are open.Is it normal.?Or my battery is defective? And its still 5 months Old and the total capacity already went down 4 %. I am using it normally daily outside the plug and charge it when it becomes 50%.
