Bootcamp - deleted my mac partition accidently

While installing windows onto my mac (which successfully worked) I realised that I had accidently deleted my mac partition and most likely have given the storage to the window's partition. After messing around with some stuff in recovery mode I can no longer load into windows, and whenever I start my computer there is now a folder with a question mark blinking non-stop. Here in recovery mode, I can somehow see all the files and applications I normally had on my macbook before **** hit the fan so I'm guessing I can still fix this without fully installing mac os x again. Oh, and also when I tried installing the mac os x it would not let me and the HD was greyed out. I have no idea how I can use disk utility to fix this so I need help on what to do, and how to get the sudo commands in terminal working so I can post them here to help you guys out.

From MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) - Technical Specifications, you haveUSB3 ports. What type of partitioning scheme is used on the disk, what format is it? OS X will not install on Fat/NTFS/MBR disks. They should be formatted as GPT.\\

Before you choose the external disk, in recovery console, run Disk Utility and click on the external disk (the whole disk) and check.

From How to install OS X on an external drive connected to your Mac - Apple Support,

Your external drive needs a GUID partition with at least 8 GB of available space to install OS X. For best results, the volume should be formatted as Mac OS X Extended format (not FAT, NTFS, or EXFAT).

Attach a USB, FireWire, or Thunderbolt storage device to your computer, or insert an SDHC or SDXC card into the SD card slot if your Mac has one.

You have several different issues.

1. Your EFI partition on the 120GB internal disk is missing.

2. Your have 20GB of space unaccounted for. Can you post a screen shot of gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0 ?

3. Please try to install OS X on /dev/disk14 (the 1TB disk) and boot from it. If the version you are offered is older than what you had on the internal disk, it is possible to upgrade the external disk to match your last known OS X on the internal disk using the Apple App Store.
