My phone battery ìs dead and i didnt have a charger the low battery symbol isnt showing and the phone isnt showing if its charging PLEASE HELP

If you're not able to charge your iPhone the steps outlined below (as well as the article linked, if necessary) can help get your iPhone powered back on.

Make sure you’re using Apple-certified accessories and the right power source.

If your battery is really low, you might see a black screen for a few minutes even after you plug it in. Let it charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad).
